1. Introduction
These Website & Mobile App Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of theenclavelife.com, The Enclave mobile application, booking flows, memberships, guest passes, shared household access, events, appointments, facilities, sports courts, tent/room bookings, recovery experiences, communications, and on-site services provided by Private Fitness Co for Sports, operating The Enclave by LifeLab.
By using the website, app, booking flows, QR codes, guest passes, payment links, WhatsApp channels, or The Enclave services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

- You may not transfer bookings, credits, QR codes, guest passes, or memberships except where we expressly allow it.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for minors, dependents, and children included in bookings or household access.
- Companies and event organisers are responsible for the accuracy of attendee information they provide and for ensuring attendees receive relevant terms, waiver notices, and event information.
4. The Enclave Services
The Enclave provides a private outdoor social recovery resort experience. Services may include membership access, sports courts, recovery experiences, events, workshops, gatherings, private/corporate experiences, bike rentals, appointments, facilities, and tent/room stays. Availability, opening hours, programming, capacity, and inclusions may change due to demand, seasonality, weather, safety, maintenance, events, staffing, or operational needs.
Images, videos, availability, descriptions, and prices on the website/app are provided for information and booking purposes. We try to keep them accurate, but availability and final pricing are confirmed only at checkout, proposal acceptance, booking confirmation, or written confirmation from our team.
5. Systems Used for Booking and Operations
- Hostaway is used for tent/room booking and stay-related reservation management.
- Livwell is used for events, appointments, facility booking including sports courts, member access, credits, QR/check-in, CRM, and operational routing.
- Storyblok CMS is used for website/app content management and translations.
- Stripe is used as the payment processor for supported payment methods.
- WhatsApp may be used for customer communications, operational notices, guest invitations, booking support, and concierge-style service messages.
6. Pricing, VAT, and Payment
Unless stated otherwise, public prices are VAT-inclusive and shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR). Prices are subject to final confirmation at checkout, proposal, or booking confirmation. Corporate, private, custom, peak, Winter, event, and special requests may require proposal-based pricing.
Payments are processed through Stripe and relevant payment method providers. Supported payment methods may include cards, mada, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, and Tabby where available and configured. We do not display payment gateway names to users where the customer-facing method is a card, wallet, or pay-later method.
- A booking is confirmed only when payment, deposit, approved credit redemption, or written confirmation is completed according to the applicable booking type.
- We may require a card, deposit, prepayment, damage deposit, or payment authorisation before confirming certain bookings.
- Failed, reversed, disputed, or incomplete payments may result in booking cancellation or access denial.
- Membership credits and guest passes are not cash and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
- Promotions, credits, discounts, member-preferred rates, and guest passes may have restrictions and expiry dates.
7. Booking Policy
7.1 General booking rules
- All bookable services require advance reservation unless we expressly allow walk-in or same-day availability.
- Bookings are subject to availability, capacity, operating hours, staff availability, safety, weather, maintenance, and policy compliance.
- You must arrive on time. Late arrival may reduce your session time and may not entitle you to refund or extension.
- A booking holder is responsible for guests, invited users, dependents, and people attending under that booking.
- QR codes, booking confirmations, guest passes, and member passes may be required for check-in and access validation.
- We may refuse, cancel, or reschedule a booking where necessary for safety, misuse, unpaid balances, policy breach, weather, capacity, or operational reasons.
7.2 Tent/room bookings
- Tent/room bookings are managed through Hostaway and/or The Enclave direct channels.
- Check-in, check-out, arrival instructions, house rules, damage deposit, cleaning requirements, and stay rules will be shown in the booking confirmation or stay details.
- Only registered guests may stay unless additional guests are approved in writing.
- Day-use tent access is not the same as an overnight stay and may be offered only through direct booking channels.
- No parties, smoking indoors, unauthorised visitors, unauthorised fires, misuse of property, or disruptive conduct is allowed.
- Children are welcome only under direct parent/guardian supervision. The tents and outdoor areas are not childproofed and do not provide infant equipment unless expressly stated.
7.3 Events, appointments, sports courts, and facilities
- Events, appointments, facilities, and sports courts may be managed through Livwell and/or The Enclave direct channels.
- Sports courts, recovery services, bikes, appointments, events, and facilities may have capacity limits, age/safety requirements, waivers, and special rules.
- Some experiences may require signed waivers, safety confirmations, or medical disclosure before participation.
- Event programming, facilitators, music, activations, food/beverage, and timing may change due to operational, weather, safety, or attendance reasons.
7.4 Membership credits, guest passes, and shared members
- Credits are pooled at the membership level unless stated otherwise and are not multiplied by the number of household users.
- Guest passes are temporary and deduct from guest pass credits when issued successfully. Guest pass history may be stored in the app/CRM.
- Guest passes are separate from shared household users. Shared household users are ongoing named users attached to eligible memberships.
- Guest passes may expire, be cancelled, be marked used/no-show, or be restored according to applicable policy.
- Misuse of membership access, guest passes, shared member access, QR codes, or credits may lead to suspension, cancellation, or access restrictions.
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy applies unless a specific booking, proposal, membership agreement, event page, Hostaway listing, Livwell booking, or written confirmation states a different rule. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
| Booking type | Standard cancellation/reschedule rule |
|---|---|
| Standard experiences, courts, recovery, bikes, and appointments | Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the booking time to receive a credit or reschedule option. Late cancellation or no-show may forfeit the booking fee or credit. |
| Events and workshops | Event-specific terms apply. Unless otherwise stated, cancellations at least 72 hours before the event may be eligible for credit, transfer, or refund; late cancellations/no-shows may be non-refundable. |
| Tent/room stays | Stay-specific terms apply. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation at least 7 days before check-in may be eligible for refund/credit; 3-6 days may receive partial credit/refund; less than 72 hours may be non-refundable. |
| Winter, peak, holiday, Eid, and special-event dates | Stricter terms may apply. Deposits may be non-refundable and rescheduling may be subject to availability. |
| Private gatherings, corporate offsites, brand activations, full-site bookouts | Proposal or contract terms apply. Deposits, production costs, staffing, catering, third-party costs, and custom work may be non-refundable. |
| Memberships and packages | Memberships, credits, and packages are non-refundable once activated or used, except where required by law or expressly approved in writing. |
| The Enclave cancellation for weather/safety/operations | If we cancel or materially change a booking for weather, safety, or operational reasons, we may offer refund, credit, or rescheduling depending on the booking type. |
- Refunds, where approved, are generally returned to the original payment method where technically possible.
- Refund processing times depend on Stripe, card networks, banks, wallets, Tabby, and other payment providers.
- Credits are not cash and may have expiry dates and usage restrictions.
- If you receive service or benefit from a booking, event, stay, or membership, cancellation rights may be limited where applicable law permits.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in temporary account restrictions while the issue is reviewed.
9. Waiver & Liability Notice
The Enclave is an outdoor desert destination. By using the facilities, participating in activities, booking experiences, attending events, or using recovery services, you acknowledge the risks described below and agree to act responsibly.
9.1 General risks
- Outdoor desert terrain, rocks, uneven surfaces, steps, sand, dust, insects, wildlife, heat, cold, wind, rain, sandstorms, darkness, pools/water features, equipment, and other natural or built-environment risks.
- Sports and activities such as padel, pickleball, beach volleyball, cycling/bike rental, movement classes, yoga, Pilates, functional training, hiking/walking, and other physical activity may involve risk of injury, falls, collision, dehydration, heat illness, strain, or aggravation of existing conditions.
- Recovery experiences such as sauna, ice bath, contrast recovery, massage/manual therapy, breathwork, and relaxation activities may not be suitable for everyone and may involve risks for people with cardiovascular, blood pressure, respiratory, neurological, pregnancy-related, temperature-sensitivity, fainting, or other medical conditions.
9.2 Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for deciding whether an activity, stay, recovery experience, event, or facility is appropriate for you and your guests.
- You must disclose relevant limitations, injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, medications, allergies, or safety concerns where requested or necessary for safe participation.
- You should seek medical advice before participating if you are uncertain, have health conditions, or are using treatments/medications that may affect safety.
- You must follow staff instructions, signage, booking rules, safety briefings, and equipment-use rules.
- You must supervise children/dependents continuously and keep them away from restricted or unsafe areas.
9.3 Release and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you accept the ordinary risks of using The Enclave services and agree that The Enclave, its affiliates, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers are not liable for loss, injury, damage, illness, delay, cancellation, or inconvenience arising from risks you accepted, your conduct, third-party conduct, force majeure, weather, or failure to follow rules. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9.4 Refusal of service for safety
We may refuse participation, stop an activity, require medical clearance, restrict access, or remove a person from an activity or facility if we believe there is a safety, conduct, payment, policy, capacity, or operational concern.
10. Event Media Consent
Events and experiences may be photographed, filmed, recorded, streamed, or otherwise documented by The Enclave, LifeLab/Livwell, approved partners, photographers, videographers, media teams, sponsors, or event organisers.
- By attending an event or participating in an experience where media notice is given, you consent to being photographed or recorded and to reasonable use of such media for The Enclave’s website, mobile app, social media, marketing, press, internal communications, partner communications, event recaps, and promotional materials.
- If you do not want to be photographed or filmed, you must notify the team before or during check-in and follow the opt-out process provided where available.
- We will use reasonable efforts to respect opt-outs, but crowd shots, background appearances, public-event ambience, and incidental appearances may not always be avoidable.
- Parents/guardians must provide consent for children/dependents where required. We will not intentionally use close-up identifiable images of minors for marketing without appropriate guardian consent.
- You may contact hello@theenclavelife.com to request review or removal of a specific image/video where reasonable and technically possible. Removal from third-party shares, reposts, printed material, or already-distributed media may not always be possible.
11. Conduct and Prohibited Use
- You must behave respectfully toward guests, members, staff, partners, and the property.
- You must not harass, threaten, abuse, discriminate, endanger others, damage property, misuse equipment, bypass access controls, share QR codes improperly, or use the services unlawfully.
- You must not bring weapons, illegal substances, unauthorised alcohol, hazardous materials, or prohibited items.
- You must not use drones, professional photography, commercial filming, brand activations, influencer shoots, or media production without prior written approval.
- You must not use The Enclave brand, content, logos, images, or materials without permission.
12. Memberships, Household Access, and Guest Passes
- Membership benefits, credits, guest passes, priority, standby access, and household access are subject to membership terms, availability, capacity, and booking rules.
- Household/shared users must be named and registered. They may receive their own profile, member code, and QR where applicable.
- Credits are pooled at the membership level unless stated otherwise. They are not multiplied per shared member.
- The primary member is responsible for household users and may control permissions.
- Guest passes are temporary access instruments for specific visits, bookings, or events. They may deduct guest pass credits and remain recorded in history.
- We may suspend, restrict, or cancel membership access for misuse, non-payment, policy breach, unsafe conduct, fraud, or abuse of guest/shared access.
13. Winter Access
Winter Access is a fixed access period from 1 November to 28/29 February each year, based on Riyadh local time. It is not a rolling membership from the date of purchase. Winter credits expire at the end of the Winter Access Period and do not roll over. Programming may change each Winter, but access dates remain fixed.
14. Intellectual Property
The website, app, content, design, trade names, logos, photographs, videos, copy, software, booking flows, membership materials, and service materials are owned by or licensed to The Enclave, LifeLab/Livwell, or their licensors. You may use them only for personal, non-commercial use connected to your booking or membership. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit them without written permission.
15. Privacy
Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, store, and protect data, including use of Hostaway, Livwell, Storyblok, Stripe, WhatsApp, Google Analytics, and related systems.
16. Availability, Weather, Safety, and Force Majeure
We may modify, delay, reschedule, restrict, or cancel services due to weather, heat, wind, rain, sandstorms, safety risks, maintenance, equipment issues, staff availability, government directions, emergencies, force majeure, private events, or operational requirements. We will act reasonably and may offer rescheduling, credit, or refund depending on the circumstances and booking type.
17. Third-Party Services and Links
The website/app may integrate or link to third-party platforms such as Hostaway, Livwell, Stripe, Tabby, WhatsApp, Google Analytics, maps, social platforms, app stores, and other providers. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply. We are not responsible for third-party services except where applicable law makes us responsible.
18. Suspension, Termination, and Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access, cancel bookings, revoke QR codes, restrict membership, remove a person from the site, refuse service, or report conduct to authorities where we reasonably believe there is a breach of these Terms, non-payment, safety risk, fraud, misuse, unlawful conduct, harassment, damage, or operational concern.
19. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We encourage customers to contact us first so we can resolve concerns promptly. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be handled through the competent courts or authorities in Saudi Arabia, unless mandatory law requires another forum.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website and/or app with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated by reasonable channels such as app notice, email, WhatsApp, or website notice. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
